As I was enjoying an afternoon walk along a river here in Oslo, which runs through a part of town covered in street art, I noticed a group of people on the other side looking in the same direction. One man stood out from the rest, on the phone, walking toward what they were all facing.
As I moved further along, and looked back, I saw what appeared to be a homeless man, on his knees curled over, forehead on the ground. He wasn’t moving.
The man on the phone walked to him, kneeled and rubbed his back. It seemed to me he was on the phone with emergency services.
After he got off the phone he continued to try to comfort the man physically, as he talked to him and then helped him sit up.
Not long after, the ambulance pulled up and the men came down to take over the situation.
It always makes my day when humans behave as intended...connected to other humans and just doing the right thing for no other reason than because we are designed that way.
I'm just a guy who finds the world an interesting place and likes to capture certain moments with a camera. They aren't for sale, or anything. I just like them. Well, usually. I've taken a lot of photos I don't like, as well.

I stopped along the back roads I was taking home in a little ghost of a town named Prescott. I let Biggie stretch her legs while I had a cigar and enjoyed the quiet of the neglected baseball Diamond on the edge of town. As we sat there, I watched a young father giving his toddler a ride on his motorcycle. Around the block he went...then again....
Kurtahs Mikhael and Parker Viers joined Kooky's Road Trip today for a photowalk around Globe, Miami, and Superior in Arizona.
As I was cruising through rural Missouri, from Appleton City to Golden City, with Cooky's Cafe on my mind, I saw a building off the road and wanted a photo. I liked the way the shadows were hitting the porch and loved it's pristine condition.
